The colourful new office building of the Hamburg Authority for Urban Development and Environment is winding through the suburb of Wilhelmsburg at a length of 200 metres.

Brahms Kontor

The 13storey building was restored and modernized the last few years. It now offers modern office space of 23.000 square metres. Lindner was responsible for the interior fit-out of tenant and public areas within the building.

Global Tower

The Global Tower in Frankfurt am Main is a revitalisation of the former Commerzbank tower built in 1972. In addition to high requirements for building conservation, particularly the preservation of the heritage-protected facade, the focus was primarily on implementing a modern, innovative office concept with state-of-the-art equipment.
